  1. Mango Cobbler

  2. 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted

  3. 3/4 cup flour

  4. 2 tsp. baking powder

  5. dash salt

  6. 1 egg

  7. 1 cup sugar

  8. 3/4 cup milk

  9. 2 cups firm but ripe sliced mango

  10. 1/2 cup white sugar

  11. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  12. Place melted butter in a 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Make a

  13. batter from the flour, baking powder, salt, egg, sugar and milk

  14. and pour over melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Mix the mangoes with the

  15. 2 sugars and place evenly over the batter. Bake in a

  16. 350F oven

  17. 60 minutes or until golden and tested done. Serves
