  2. 200 grams cottage cheese -- (paneer), cut in

  4. 10 grams khoya -- (mawa)

  5. 4 large tomatoes -- chopped

  6. 5 cloves garlic -- chopped

  7. 3 medium onions -- chopped

  8. 3 green chillies -- chopped

  9. 1/2 cup cut fresh curd

  10. 1 piece ginger -- chopped

  11. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  12. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

  13. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

  14. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  15. 1 handful coriander leaves

  16. 2 tablespoons ghee

  17. salt -- to taste

  1. Deep fry paneer until brown. Deep fry makhanas lightly. Use separate ghee for this frying. Roast khoya without ghee for 5 minutes on low fire.

  2. Heat the ghee and fry onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies for 3 minutes. Add chilli, coriander and turmeric powders. Cook for three minutes.

  3. Then add tomatoes and the beaten curd. Cook for five minutes and then add paneer, makhana, khoya and salt and cook for 3 minutes. Add garam masala, sprinkle coriander leaves.

  4. Cover for 3 minutes and then serve hot.
