  2. 4 z Rice vermicelli

  3. Hot water

  4. 1 1/2 b Oriental sesame oil

  5. 1 s Chili oil

  6. Or crushed red pepper flakes -- to taste

  7. 3 Green onions -- cut into slivers

  8. 1/2 Red bell pepper, seeded

  9. cut into paper-thin slivers

  10. 1 Fresh bean sprouts

  11. 14 Fresh cilantro -- minced

  12. alt to taste

  1. Put vermicelli in a large bowl and cover with hot tap water. Soakuntil soft, 10 minutes; drain.

  2. Heat both oils in a wok or large skillet over high heat. When itis hot, add noodles, stir well and cook 45 seconds. Add onions, bellpepper, sprouts, cilantro and salt; cook and stir 30 seconds. Removefrom heat and serve hot or at room temperature.
