  1. 6 oz 170g Tomato juice

  2. 4 oz 113g Beef bouillon

  3. 2 1/2 oz 71g Vodka

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Hot sauce

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Emeril's Essence - seeNote

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery salt

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lime juice

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  10. Freshly-ground black pepper - to garnish

  11. Celery sticks or pickled okra - to garnish

  1. * Note: See the "Bayou Blast - {Emeril's Creole Seasoning}" recipe which is included in this collection.

  2. In a small pitcher or bowl combine tomato juice, bouillon, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Essence, celery salt, lime juice, and lemon juice and stir to blend well. Divide the mixture between two highball glasses containing ice, and garnish with black pepper and celery or okra.

  3. This recipe yields 2 cocktails.
