  1. 2 to 3 avocados, stones removed

  2. 1/2 of a lemon

  3. 2 tablespoons chopped tomato

  4. 2 tablespoons chopped onion salt to taste garlic granules to taste

  1. Extract both avacados from their skins into a bowl. Squeeze in lemon. Add chopped tomato and onion. Sprinkle with garlic granules and salt to taste. Mix well, until slightly lumpy. Refrigerate to chill if desired.
