  1. 900g minced beef

  2. 1 (295g) tin condensed tomato soup

  3. 2 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar or to taste

  4. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or to taste

  5. 2 tablespoons distilled malt vinegar

  6. 8 burger buns, split and toasted

  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and stir in the minced beef. Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess fat.

  2. Stir in the tomato soup, dark brown soft sugar, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Cook and stir until thick, about 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve on the toasted burger buns.
