  1. 5 eggs, slightly beaten

  2. 2 cups sugar

  3. 1 cup whole milk

  4. 1 cup whipping cream

  5. 2 teaspoons vanilla

  6. 3 cups cubed brioche bread - or -

  7. 3 cups cubed challah bread

  8. 12 Keebler Fudge Shoppe Cheesecake Middles Original Graham (chopped) - or -

  9. 12 Keebler Fudge Shoppe Cheesecake Middles Dark Chocolate Graham (chopped)

  10. 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  11. 1/4 cup butter (no substitutes)

  12. 2 tablespoons water

  13. 1/3 cup whipping cream

  1. In large bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, 1 cup whipping cream and vanilla.

  2. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray place bread cubes. Gradually pour milk mixture over bread cubes. Sprinkle with KEEBLER FUDGE SHOPPE Cheesecake Middles Original Graham cookies. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare caramel sauce. In small heavy saucepan combine brown sugar, butter and water. Cook and stir over medium heat until boiling. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in 1/3 cup cream. Drizzle over warm bread mixture. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
