  1. 1/2c Olive Oil

  2. 1/2c Raw Sunflower Seeds

  3. 3 tb Light Soy Sauce

  4. 1 1/2ts Lemon Juice

  5. 2 c Parsley Leaves, packed

  6. 1 Green Onion, chopped

  7. 1 lg Clove Garlic

  8. 1 lb Linguine

  1. + Directions : Measure 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, soy sauce, lemon juice, parsley, green onion and garlic into blender. Cover and process until smooth. Gradually pour in remaining oil; continue processing until mixture is just blended. Stir in remaining sunflower seeds. Cook linguine according to directions; drain. Pour sauce over linguine; toss to combine. Serve immediately.
