  1. 1/2 c Cold skim milk -Filling

  2. 1 pk (4-serving size) JELL-O 

  3. 1 c Chocolate ice milk

  4. -Chocolate Flavor Sugar-Free 2 tb Creamy peanut butter

  5. -Instant Pudding and Pie

  1. Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover.

  2. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture thickens as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.) Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.

  3. Nutritional information per serving: calories - 180, protein - 9 gm., fat - 5 gm., carbohydrates - 23 gm., cholesterol - 10 mg., sodium - 400 mg.

  4. Diabetic Exchanges: Whole Milk - 1/2, Starch/Bread - 1.
