  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Fresh lime juice

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Fresh lemon juice

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Fresh orange juice

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Olive oil

  5. 4 Garlic minced

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Coarsely ground black - pepper

  7. 3 Crushed bay leaves

  8. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chopped cilantro

  9. Your choice of skinned - chicken parts

  1. Mix all ingredients in shallow wide mixing bowl. Add chicken and marinate 1-2 hours. Grill or broil, brushing marinade on chicken 2-3 times.

  2. Marinade also may be used on salmon, tuna or shrimp. Reduce marinating time so citrus does not "cook" seafood.
