  3. medium onion, cut into wedges and roasted*

  4. jalapeno peppers, roasted, seeded and finely chopped*

  5. cloves garlic, roasted and finely chopped*

  6. Tbsp. lime juice 2 Knorr® Cilantro MiniCubes, crumbled

  7. PREPARATION Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meat, chicken or fish.

  8. * To roast vegetables, grill or broil in a broiler pan lined with aluminum foil, about 10 minutes or until blackened on all sides, turning occasionally. Wrap in foil and let cool.
