  2. 6 1" pork chops

  3. 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon Sage

  5. 2 tablespoons Butter or oil

  6. 1 medium Onion; slice

  7. 1/4 cup Instant flour

  8. 2 cups Apple juice; cider or beer

  9. 2 tablespoons Vinegar

  10. 1/3 cup Seedless raisins

  11. 3 Apples; core; slice

  12. 1/4 cup Molasses

  1. Salt and sage chops. Brown chops in hot skillet in oil or butter. Place chops in casserole. Add onions to skillet and saute until tender. Place onions on top of chops. In skillet put juice and flour and stir to mix. Add vinegar, molasses and raisins to skillet. Blend well. Pour over chops. Put apple slices on top.
