  1. white onions

  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  3. 2 cups sour cream

  4. 1 cup mayonnaise

  5. 1/2 cup buttermilk

  6. 1 ounce package ranch salad dressing

  7. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced

  8. 1/4 cup Italian parsley, minced

  9. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  10. 375 F. Place onions in small baking dish; toss with oil. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool. Whisk together all remaining ingredients in stainless bowl. Add roasted onions, and stir until well combined. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve with French fries, onion rings, sandwiches, and hamburgers.
