  1. Instructions Put mackerel, water, paprika, butter and seasonings in a baking pan. Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes. While mackerel are baking, boil the celery in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water. Add the celery to the fish. Finish baking together, about 10 minutes. Then serve.
