  1. 12 oz. carob chips

  2. 8 oz peanut butter

  3. 1 stick butter (you may substitute a vegetarian margarine )

  4. 1 cup sunflower seeds

  5. 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  6. 1 cup wheat germ

  7. 1 cup nuts

  8. 1/2 cup sesame seeds

  1. How to make it In a food processor, finely chop the dry ingredients and put in a large mixing bowl. In a double boiler melt the carob chips and butter or margarine. Add the peanut butter and mix well. Add the melted carob mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing well. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Press in the mixture. Chill and cut.
