  1. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-highheat until hot. Add salmon; cook on both sides until lightly browned. Addbroth; boil 1 minute.

  2. Stir in frozen vegetables with pasta and red pepper flakes. Reduce heatto medium; cover and cook 5 minutes.

  3. Turn salmon over; stir in cream. Cover; cook an additional 5 minutes oruntil sauce is slightly thickened and salmon flakes easily with fork,stirring occasionally.
