  2. 2 eaches Egg whites

  3. 1/4 cup Finely chopped onions

  4. 1/4 cup Grated carrots

  5. 3 ounces Grated unpeeled potatoes

  6. 2 tablespoons Ketchup

  7. 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme

  8. Salt and pepper to taste
