  1. 1 pre-baked pie shell (See recipe for Pate Sucree)

  2. 3 egg s

  3. 15 oz pumpkin puree

  4. 1/2 c cream

  5. dash of vanilla

  6. 1/2 c light brown sugar

  7. 1 t cinnamon , ground

  8. 1 t ginger , ground

  9. 1/4 t nutmeg , ground

  10. t clove s, ground

  11. 1/2 t salt

  1. Preheat oven to 375*. Combine cream and eggs. Blend well. Add cream, brown sugar, spices and salt.

  2. Pour into pre-baked pie shell and bake for 45-55 minutes.
