  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 1 onion , cut into 4 slices Potato es, sliced Carrot s, sliced Parsley flakes

  3. 1/3 cup water or beef broth Salt and pepper

  1. Line a skillet with 1 or 2 inch pieces of bacon. Shape ground beef into 4 patties and place on top of bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Top each patty with an onion slice. Cover with sliced potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and season with salt and pepper. Fry on med-high until bacon is sizzling good. Add water or beef broth. Bring to simmer. Turn down heat and let simmer for 30-40 minutes.
