  3. 1 teaspoon 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar -- plus

  4. 2 teaspoons 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  5. 2 teaspoons fresh basil -- minced salt and pepper -- to taste

  6. 4 lamb chops -- (5 ounce)
