  1. 3 /4 cup all-purpose flour

  2. 1/2 cup oat flour or finely ground oatmeal

  3. 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar

  4. 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  5. 1/2 tsp. salt

  6. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  7. 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

  8. 1 cup milk

  9. 1 egg

  10. 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

  1. C ombine flour, oat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in large bowl.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and butter. Pour into flour mixture and whisk to combine.

  3. Fry on gridle.

  4. Makes 10 pancakes.
