Chocolate Mud Pie Recipe

    1. 1/4 lb. butter

    2. 2 squares unsweetened chocolate

    3. 3 eggs, beaten

    4. 3 tablespoons white corn syrup

    5. 1 1/3 cups sugar

    6. 1 tsp. vanilla

    7. 9 inch graham cracker pie crust

    1. Instructions Preheat voven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat. Add the corn syrup, sugar, and vanilla to the eggs and stir until blended. Combine the chocolate and egg mixtures in a large bowl. Stir or whisk together until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 35 minutes. .
