  1. 1 Tbs. butter

  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  3. 1/4 cup chopped celery

  4. 1 Tbs. brown sugar

  5. 3/4 cup fresh cranberries

  6. 2 Tbs. walnuts

  7. 2 Tbs. orange juice

  8. 1/4 cup chicken broth

  9. 2 Tbs. chopped fresh sage

  10. 1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme

  11. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  12. 2 cups soft bread crumbs

  1. Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender. In a bowl mix rest of ingredients than add onion and celery. Put mixture into a greased casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. *For best results use fresh ingredients.
