  5. 4 tbsp Corn starch

  6. 1 tsp Sugar

  1. Mix mashed shrimp meat and ham with marinade. Turn bean curd puffs to form pockets. Dust inside with corn starch. Stuff bean curd puffs with mashed shrimp meat. Deep-fry bean curd puffs in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. Saute garlic and red chili in 1 tbsp oil. Stir in sauce mix, heat through and pour over fried bean curd puffs. Serve at once.
