  1. 8 large eggs

  2. 1 cup milk

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. 84 g package thinly sliced corned beef

  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

  6. 1 tbsp. instant minced onion

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat together eggs, milk and salt. Chop corned beef into small pieces and add to egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
