  1. Dressing

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Balsamic vinegar

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Honey

  4. 6 tablespoons 90ml Cider vinegar

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery seed

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dijon mustard

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Caraway seed

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Low-sodium soy sauce

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper - black

  10. Salad

  11. 2 cups 474ml Green cabbage - shredded

  12. Green pepper - julienne

  13. 2 cups 474ml Red cabbage - shredded

  14. Yellow pepper - julienne

  15. Carrot - julienne

  16. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Scallions - finely chopped

  17. Red pepper - julienne

  18. 1/4 cup 23g / 0.8oz Fresh parsley - minced

  1. Dressing: Mix dressing ingredients together in a small jar. Set aside. Salad: Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serves 8.
