  2. 6 eggs Salt and pepper Garnish of parsley

  1. Instructions Curl slices of bacon around the inside of muffin cups or small ramekins. Brake an egg inside each bacon ring, season with salt and pepper, and bake in a medium oven until set, but not hard. Remove the bacon carefully from the dish so the egg will remain fastened to the bacon. Arrange on a platter and garnish with parsley.
