  5. 4 c Milk

  6. 1 c Hominy grits

  7. 1/2 c Butter or margarine

  8. 1 Roll garlic cheese

  9. 2 Eggs, well beaten

  10. 1/2 c Cheese, grated

  11. Bring 3-1/2 c milk to boiling in medium saucepan.

  12. Gradually stir in grits. Gook over medium heat ,

  13. 10 minutes

  14. Remove from heat. Add butter and garlic cheese; stir

  15. until melted. Stir in eggs and remaining milk. Pour

  16. 2 quart casserole. Bake in preheated

  17. 375 degree

  18. oven uncovered for 30 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese
