  1. Ingredients :Serves 4-5

  2. 1 lb 2 slices 2 15 15 3 tablespoons 1/2 teaspoon 1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon 2 tablespoons 6 cup Chicken breast meat (or 3 chicken legs)

  3. Ham

  4. Black mushrooms

  5. Parsley leaves

  6. Squares of cellophane paper (5" x 5")

  7. Soy sauce

  8. Salt

  9. Wine

  10. Sugar

  11. Black pepper

  12. Sesame oil

  13. Oil

  1. Cut the chicken meat (with skin) into 1inch wide and 2 inches long cross wise slices, lay in bowl and marinatewith soy sauce, sugar salt, wine and black pepper for about 15 minutes.

  2. Soak mushrooms in warm water and removestems. Cut each in 8 small triangular pieces.

  3. Slice the ham and cut it into the samesize as mushrooms.

  4. Using 1 sheet of paper, brush it with somesesame oil, with corner facing you, place in the middle 1 parsley leafwith face down, on one side place mushroom slice and on other side hamslice, lay on top of this 1 slice of chicken meat. Fold up the cornernearest you to edge of chicken, fold the left and then right cornersover the chicken to make a package.

  5. Tuck the remaining corner inside to make aneat rectangular package, The parsley, mushroom and ham side is the topsside.

  6. Heat oil in fry pan about 300 o C,drop the packages into oil, fry about 2 minutes, remove the package andlay on platter and serve.

  7. Use fingers to open package when eating.
