  8. 1 ea Onion; Chopped

  9. 1/4 ts Pepper; Freshly Ground

  10. 1 ea Celery; Stalk, Chopped

  11. 1/2 ts Salt

  12. 2 c Chicken Broth

  13. 1/2 c Yogurt

  14. Cut tomatoes into wedges and place in 1 1/2-quart saucepan with all

  15. ingredients except yogurt. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Strain to remove

  16. tomato skins and seeds. Adjust seasonings. Garnish with spoonfuls of

  17. yogurt. --
