  1. 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  3. 1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, undrained

  4. 1 cup packed brown sugar

  5. 1/2 cup honey

  6. 1/3 cup lemon juice

  7. 1/4 cup butter , melted

  8. 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

  9. 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  1. In a skillet, brown chicken in oil in batches on both sides; transfer to a 5 qt slow cooker.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink.

  3. Strain pan juices, reserving pineapple. Serve pineapple over the chicken. ?
