  1. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Butter

  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Flour

  3. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Grated cheddar cheese

  4. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Rice Krispies

  1. Recipe Instructions Blend the first three ingredients well. Add the Rice Krispies. Roll into small balls, about 1/2 teaspoon. Flatten balls out on cookie sheet. Bake in a 350F oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Cayenne pepper may be added along with the first three ingredients for added zest.
