  3. 3 Pkgs (8 ozs. ea.) Cream Cheese

  4. 1 Cup Sugar

  5. 1 Tsp Vanilla

  6. 1 Pint Heavy Cream

  1. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla2. Beat cream fairly stiff in separate bowl.

  2. Fold all ingredients together.

  3. Line a large springform pan with ladyfingers -

  4. place 1/2 of cream mixture in pan. Put a second layer of lady fingers - then smooth on remaining mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hrsSlice and serve plain or w/fruit...

  5. Freezes Well.

  6. In hot weather I chill the bow before whippingthe cream.
