  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Sirloin tips

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  3. 1 cup 93g / 3 1/3oz Garlic - (minced)

  4. 1 cup 237ml Catsup

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt and pepper

  1. Saute garlic in hot oil. Add meat and brown on all sides over medium heat.

  2. Mix together remaining ingredients, and add to meat.

  3. Cover and simmer over low heat until meat is tender.

  4. Serve over rice.
