  1. 2 lbs ground beef

  2. 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  3. 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  4. 1/2 c dry bread crumbs

  5. 1/4 c finely chopped onion

  6. 2 T grated parmesian cheese

  7. 1 T ketchup

  8. 2 t worcestershire sauce

  9. 1 t italian seasoning

  10. 1 t dried basil

  11. 1 t salt

  12. 1/4 t pepper

  13. Sauce:

  14. 1 bottle (14 oz) hot ketchup

  15. 2 T cornstarch

  16. 1 jar (12 oz) apple jelly

  17. 1 jar (12 oz) current jelly

  1. In a bowl, combine ingredients, mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Remove the meatballs and rack; drain.

  2. Sauce:

  3. Combine ketchup and cornstarch in crock-pot. Stir in jellies; add the meatballs. Cover and simmer several hours.
