  1. 2 teaspoons 10ml Olive oil

  2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Fat-free - low-salt chicken

  3. Broth

  4. 2 Garlic clove - minced (medium)

  5. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Sweet potatoes - peeled, and Cut in 1" cubes

  6. Several drops hot pepper sauce

  7. Salt

  8. Freshly ground pepper

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet large enough to hold potatoes in 1 layer over medium heat. Mix oil, broth and garlic; add to skillet. Add potatoes, making sure they are in 1 layer. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper sauce and salt and pepper.

  2. Yield: 2 servings.
