  3. 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth

  4. 1-1/4 cup orange juice

  5. 3 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

  6. 1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

  7. 1/4 cup sliced PLANTERS Almonds, toasted

  8. Bring broth and juice to boil. Stir in rice and whole berry cranberry sauce; return to boil.

  9. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds.

  10. Makes 8 servings

  11. Great Substitute: Substitute 1 cup fresh cranberries for whole berry cranberry sauce.
