  2. 1 scallion, sliced

  3. 1 small clove garlic, chopped

  4. 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

  5. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  6. 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  7. 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar

  8. 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, or 1/4 teaspoon dried

  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
