  2. 1 cup onions -- chopped

  3. 3/4 cup cornmeal -- yellow,

  4. 2 tbs 2 teaspoons chili powder

  5. 1 3/4 cups soymilk -- lite

  6. 1 pound beans -- black, canned, -- rinsed drained

  7. 1 pound corn -- whole kernel, -- canned, drained

  8. 1 pound tomatoes -- stewed, canned

  9. 4 ounces chilies -- green, canned, -- chopped

  10. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast cheesy -- sauce

  1. Preparation : Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking pan or spray with a nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheesy sauce. Mix well. Place in prepared pan. Drop cheesy sauce on top by spoonfuls. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
