  7. 1/3 c Sugar

  8. 1/8 ts Cinnamon

  9. 1/8 ts Salt

  10. 1 t Butter

  11. 1/2 c Rolled oats

  12. 1 1/2 c Skim milk

  13. Cut apples into slices. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Place half the apples in a nonstick baking dish

  14. and sprinkle with half the sugar mixture. Dot with

  15. half the butter. Sprinkle half the oats over all.

  16. Arrange another series of layers. Then add milk.

  17. 350F for 45 min. Remove the cover and 15 min. more. Serve hot or cold. Cal:
