  1. 2 eggs

  2. 1/3 cup milk

  3. 1/2 tsp dried or fresh chopped rosemary

  4. 1 tbsp butter or margarine

  1. Mix the eggs and milk in a small bowl.

  2. Add the rosemary to taste, ½ teaspoon seems to work just fine.

  3. Melt a little bit of butter or margarine in a small frying pan on medium heat.

  4. Once the frying pan is completely greased pour in the egg mixture and continuously stir it around so it doesnt stick to the pan.

  5. Serve, eat and enjoy.
