  1. 2 c Noodles, uncooked

  2. 1 1/2 t Salt

  3. 1 lb Lean ground beef

  4. 1/2 c Finely chopped onion

  5. 6 oz Can tomato paste

  6. 3/4 c Water

  7. 1/2 t Salt

  8. 1/4 t Pepper

  9. 1/2 t Garlic salt

  10. 3/4 c Milk

  11. 8 oz Cream cheese

  12. 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

  13. 1/2 c Chopped green pepper

  14. 1. In a deep, 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole place

  15. 3/4 cup of water and the

  16. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven

  17. 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Drain noodles and set aside.

  18. 2. Place ground beef into a deep, heat-resistant, non-metallic 2-quart casserole and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven

  19. 5 minutes or until

  20. 3. Add onions and heat, uncovered, an additional

  21. 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Drain excess fat.

  22. 4. Add tomato paste, the

  23. 3/4 cup water, the

  24. 1/2 teaspoon salt, the pepper and the garlic salt to the beef-onion mixture. Stir to combine. Heat, covered,

  25. 3 1/2 minutes or until mixture bubbles.

  26. 5. Add cooked noodles, milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and chopped green pepper. Heat, covered, an additional

  27. 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
