  2. Large resealable plastic bag

  3. 1/2 c. honey

  4. 1/2 c. lime juice

  5. 1/2 c. chopped cilantro

  6. 1/4 c. dijon mustard

  7. 2 tbsp minced canned chiplote peppers in adobo sauce

  8. 2 tbsp adobo sauce from canned chipolte peppers

  9. 6 cloves of garlic , minced

  10. 1 tsb ground cumin

  11. 1 tsp salt

  12. 1/2 tsp ground allspice

  13. 1 1/5 tsp black pepper

  1. Place steak in bag. Combine remaining ingredients n a small bowl; pour over steak and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Remove steak from bag and pour marinade into small saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat and simmer 5 minutes. Reserve half. Use remaining half to baste while grilling, 8-10 minutes per side or until done. Pour reserved marinade over meat before serving.
