  2. 2 can crushed pineapple

  3. 1/4 cup sugar

  4. 2 packages apricot Jell-O

  5. 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened

  6. 1 cup chopped celery

  7. 1 cup nuts

  8. 1 lg. can evaporated milk, chilled

  1. B ring pineapple and sugar to a boil. Add Jell-O, mix well. Add cream cheese; mix well. Add cup ice water, celery and nuts. Chill until partially set.

  2. Whip evaporated milk until stiff.

  3. Fold into Jell-O mixture.

  4. Chill until firm.
