  1. 1/2 lb Diced Corned Beef

  2. 1 pkg (8 Ounces) Cream Cheese , softened

  3. 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese

  4. 1 cup Sauerkraut , drained well.

  5. 1/2 cup Sour Cream

  6. 1 Tbsp Ketchup

  7. 1 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard

  8. Cocktail Rye Bread

  1. In a medium bowl, combine corned beef, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, ketchup and mustard. Spoon into a greased, 1-quart baking dish.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with rye bread.
