  1. 4 cups uncooked egg noodles

  2. 1/4 cup butter, melted

  3. 5 eggs

  4. 2 cups (16 ounces) 4% cottage cheese

  5. 2 cups (16 ounces) BREAKSTONE'S® Sour Cream

  6. 2 cups 2% milk

  7. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  8. 1-1/4 cups sugar, divided

  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  10. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  11. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss with butter; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs for 3-4 minutes or until thickened and lemon-colored. Beat in the cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla and salt until blended. Stir in noodles. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Combine the cinnamon and remaining sugar; sprinkle over noodle mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 15-20 servings.
