  1. 700 g chicken breast fillets,

  2. 100 g each 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  3. 2 sachets MAGGI® Coating Mix

  4. 2 cups vegetable oil or 400 g, for deep frying

  5. 7 slices turkey ham

  6. 7 slices cheese

  1. Preparation Dip each chicken breast fillet in eggs then in MAGGI® Coating Mix . Heat oil to 175˚C; drop a small piece of bread into the hot oil to check the temperature. Fry coated chicken breasts over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes from both sides or until chicken is cooked and turn golden in color. Place slice of turkey ham over each chicken breast then a slice of cheese and place them under griller until cheese melts. Serve with green salad and French fries.
