  2. 2 Packages frozen broccoli spears -- (10 ounces) thawed

  3. and cut up

  4. 1 Can condensed cream of celery soup -- (10 3/4 ounces)

  5. 2 3/4 Cups grated sharp cheddar cheese -- divided

  6. 1/4 Cup minced green onions

  7. 1 Cup crushed saltine crackers or potato chips

  1. Grease crock-pot / slow-cooker. In large bowl, combine broccoli, celerysoup, 1 cup cheese and onions. Pour into crock-pot/slow-cooker.

  2. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers, then with remaining cheese. Coverand cook on LOW 5-6 hours or on HIGH 2-1/2- to 3 hours. Makes 4-6servings.

  3. NOTE: If desired, casserole may be spooned into a baking dish andgarnished with additional grated cheese and broken potatoe chips; bake5-10 minutes in 400 degree oven.
