    1. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    2. 1/3 cup butter, melted

    3. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

    4. 3 (8-ounce each) packages cream cheese, softened

    5. 1 cup granulated sugar

    6. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    7. 3 large eggs Decorating gels Colored sprinkles

    1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C). In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, mix together the crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar; press firmly onto bottom of pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended; add eggs and mix well. Pour over crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 24 squares. Decorate with gels and sprinkles to resemble holiday "gifts." Store in refrigerator.
