  1. 300 g 250 g 1 tbsp Sauce Mix Chili Garlic Sauce

  2. 2 tbsp Panda Brand Oyster Sauce

  3. 1/2 tbsp Sugar

  4. 1 1/2 tbsp Water

  5. 7 tbsp Corn starch

  6. 1 tsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade. Pan-fry potatoes in oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add potatoes and sauce mix. Stir well until sauce thickens.
